Shipping Policy

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping time: Most orders ship in 3–7 business days from our U.S. warehouses via freight carrier (LTL).

Free freight: All orders over $500 ship free to the contiguous 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are quoted separately — contact us before ordering.

Tracking: A tracking number is emailed as soon as your machine leaves the warehouse. You can also track at /track-order.

Delivery: Freight carriers deliver curbside. The driver will call ahead to schedule. Please inspect the crate before signing and note any visible damage on the bill of lading.

Damaged or lost shipments: Email contact@max-tools.us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
