Refund & Returns Policy

30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, you may return your machine within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price.

Condition: Returned items must be in original, resellable condition with all components, manuals, and crating. Items showing field abuse, damage, or missing parts are subject to a restocking fee.

Return shipping: The buyer is responsible for return freight unless the item arrived defective or was shipped in error. We can help arrange a discounted return pickup.

Refund timing: Once the unit is received and inspected at our warehouse (typically within 5 business days), the refund is issued to the original payment method. Banks usually post the credit within 5–10 business days.

Restocking fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns to cover freight, inspection, and re-crating.

1-Year warranty: Every Mech-Max machine carries a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty claims are handled by replacement parts shipped free of charge — email contact@max-tools.us with a description and photos.
